Regrettably, The Eagle is exclusively reserved for full-time or part-time students with valid student status. Non-students are not eligible to live in The Eagle, but they can apply for an apartment in The Bank!

The Eagle: Several events are organized throughout the year (at least once a month) to encourage students' social engagement. There’s always something exciting happening at The Eagle to spark everyone's interests and create a vibrant community for our residents to enjoy.
The Bank organizes get-togethers and events as well throughout the year.

Pets are not allowed due to our facilities not being suitable for them. Our no-pet policy is in place to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all residents. But, we'd still love to see pictures of your pets!

Yes, we provide a congierge service. They can help you with finding your way in the city Poznan, answers questions about the building and organize get together events in the common spaces.

At The Bank, you must stay for at least 3 months, and rental agreements run for a maximum of 12 months. After your rental agreement expires, you can request a contract extension.
At The Eagle, rental agreements are signed for 12 months. After your rental agreement expires, you can request a contract extension for another 12 months.

You can book a residence by sending a booking through our website. Go to the For Rent-page, pick the apartment that you would like to rent, and click on 'Book now'. Fill in the form, submit your booking, and our rental agents will contact you.

Before you check in, we ask you to pay a deposit of one month's full rent. At the end of the rental contract, we will refund the deposit, or the remaining amount if there was a reduction because of any damage and/or cleaning costs.

At the end of your rental period, we want to give you back as much of the deposit as possible, it is important that you clean the house properly upon final delivery and that you handle the Magis furniture with care.

At The Eagle, the minimum stay is 12 months.

At The Bank, the minimum stay is three months, and there is no maximum duration.

Some apartments are fitted with a 4K smart-TV, but no TV channels are included though.

Your residence and the complex are absolutely secure. All doors and entries are secured with an electronic lock from iLoq, and we have a CCTV and intercom system.

Sorry, smoking or vaping is only allowed outside the building.

No, our complexes don't have their own parking facilities. However, a few options for parking are nearby our complexes. If you stay for at least 3 months, you can register temporarily in Civil Council and then get parking card which allows to park in center zone for 30 złoty per month.

We apologize, but we do not offer airport services. However, our buildings are centrally located and easily accessible by public transport or taxi, making it convenient for residents to travel to and from the airport/railway station. Please feel free to inquire the concierge services for assistance with transportation options.

Yes, we offer bicycle parking at our complexes.

At The Bank, all of the residences are equipped with their own washing machine, and there are also common tumble dryers available.

At The Eagle, there is a laundry room with easy access for all residents.

Cleaning of the common spaces is included in your service cost. Cleaning of your apartment / studio is available on request and based on availability (against an extra fee).

Yes, these costs are covered by your rent.

In most apartments, it's possible to live with someone else. It's best to contact our rental team with this question before you book the residence.
